A sealed, weather-rated 350W power box is mounted out of sight (usually in the garage) and feeds the whole run at a safe 12 volts.
Concealed Wiring
Wires are tucked within the tracks and sealed at every connection, so the only thing you ever see is the light itself.

How is this different from Christmas lights?
The fixtures live permanently inside a track under your soffit, so there is no yearly install, no ladders, and no takedown. Because every LED is individually addressable, one system covers December, Halloween, game nights and plain warm white.
Can you see the lights during the day?
Barely. The track is colour-matched to your soffit or fascia and sits tight to the trim line, so from the street it reads as part of the architecture.
How are they powered?
The system is powered by a sealed, weather-rated 350W power box that we mount somewhere out of the way (most often inside the garage). The power box then provides 12 volts to the entire system. We walk through placement with you on site before anything is drilled.
Will it survive Canadian winters?
Yes. The fixtures are heat, water and wind-proof for year-round outdoor use in freeze-thaw conditions, and the system carries a 10-year warranty.
How do I control them?
Everything runs from the app: colours, preset patterns, custom scenes, dimming, zones and schedules (including automatic sunset on and late-night off).
What areas do you service?
